The idea of creating Etera Academy is a natural continuation of the long-standing practice of holistic therapist Valentina Kalaydzhieva. After more than three decades of working with people using holistic approaches, she realized that the most valuable tool for healing is KNOWLEDGE — the knowledge of how to understand our bodies, interpret their signals, and discover our own resources for recovery.
The Academy was established with the following mission:
- To train specialists and non-specialists in the methods of classical homeopathy,
HDT & Human Chemistry, spiritual practices, and other holistic approaches to health.
- To create a community where people support each other and exchange experiences on the path to better health and conscious living.
- To provide knowledge and practices that combine tradition and modernity.
Etera Academy is a learning environment where everyone can find their way to balance, develop their intuition, and touch upon the concept of the unity of Spirit, Soul, and Body.

I was born in 1972 in Asenovgrad. From an early age, I have been interested in the human body, its resources, and the interconnection between our emotions and the physical. This curiosity led me down the path of medicine and holistic health. Over the years, I have become a specialist who successfully combines classical knowledge with non-traditional healing methods.
My professional career began with a degree in rehabilitation, and later I expanded my knowledge in Chinese medicine, iris diagnosis, and dietics.
In 1997, I graduated as a classical homeopath in the second stream at LCCH London in Sofia, with Peter Chapel and Angela Needham as my teachers.
In 1998, I was introduced to Dr. Bach's essences.
My numerous questions about the increasingly frequent "new" disorders in children led me to study speech therapy. So, in 2009, I graduated as a special educator in Plovdiv.
Gradually, my interest and practice expanded. I began to explore and observe the connections between the body's biochemistry, emotional states, and the influence of the environment on human health.
As a former competitor, my love for sports continued with the founding of a sports club in 2003. There, I led therapeutic gymnastics training for children and adults.
In 2008, my love for dancing and children prompted me to create the Indigo Dance Formation. Together, we had fun, danced, and made people smile with our performances for more than 10 years.
The combination of my hobby and my work led me to want to delve even deeper into the "ocean" of human balance. So, in 2015, I started training in homeopathic detox therapy with Ton Jansen in Bulgaria and later in the Netherlands. Over time, the method has evolved into human chemistry, combining the two in HDT & Human Chemistry. To this day, I continue to learn, develop, and draw knowledge from someone who is a great authority for me—Ton. For over 13 years, I have been organizing online training for colleagues in Bulgaria for his international webinars, as well as his live events.
Over the years, my interest in the connection between the body, perception, and the psyche led me to osteopathy, which I have been studying for more than seven years at the Eastern European School of Osteopathy in Bulgaria. Here, I deepen my knowledge of psychosomatics and somatopsychics, further developing my ability to discover the roots of diseases by following different pathways in the body.
Since 2020, I have also been studying and enriching myself with biodynamics in osteopathy at the Benutis Center with teacher Lyuba Ivanova. After more than 35 years of holistic experience, I became increasingly interested in the concept of the trinity of Spirit, Soul, and Body.
This intention once took me to Bali years ago, and later I continued my development in this concept with Ivan Todorov.
So, after searching for the easiest, gentlest, and most accessible way to achieve balance in humans, I narrowed my practice down to three areas:
HDT & Human Chemistry, Osteopathy, and spiritual practices.
